My musical journey started at the tender age of 4, when I joined my older siblings and picked up the violin. Along with singing lead in a reputable boys choir my path in classical music seemed well paved, much to the liking of my supportive parents.

Little did they know that when teenage rebellion made me switch to electric guitar I would start developing a lifelong passion. I must have been stubborn and convincing enough for I got their approval to leave my home country of Germany and study at the world famous Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, being among the youngest ever to graduate from the GIT guitar program.

I just turned 18 when I finished school and went back to Germany to start my professional career there. In 2008 I had the chance to come back to LA to finish my instrumental debut record  'artnormal'.

While there I reconnected with old friends and got exposed to LA's vibrant music scene which profoundly changed my perspective. And by 2011 I brought up enough courage to make the big move, leaving my old life and my family behind.

Since then I've been very fortunate to be playing with one of my favorite artists, Latin Grammy Award winner Gaby Moreno. With her band I get to tour extensively throughout the US, Central/South America  and Europe, which has seen me play some of the world's most prestigious festivals and clubs. I've also been featured on her album recordings, among which her latest release 'Illusion', produced by Gabe Roth is definitely among my career highlights.

I'm continuously working on my own music. Aside from releasing an acoustic Solo record 'en vacance with Kay LaBronze' and the most recent electric effort 'LA NOIR' I've been busy working on scoring films and getting my music placed in TV shows and commercials.

Here's the latest one: 'Run For Your Life'
